Guests have access to the entire house. Access to the attic is prohibited for the safety of guests. Commercial/company vehicles cannot park at the house. (HOA rule)

• This listing has a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sounds) and notifies the host or the host’s agents if it gets too loud.
• Parking is limited to 2 cars, one in the driveway and one on the garage. The garage is for small cars only, no large vehicles/trucks in the garage.
HOUSE RULES:
· No parties, gatherings, or events.
· Park only on the driveway or in the garage, please don't park on the street. No large vehicles/trucks in the garage. Commercial/company vehicles are not allowed to park at the house. (HOA neighborhood)
· No additional guests, occupants, or visitors other than those listed on Vrbo reservation at any time. There is limited parking at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
· The person booking the reservation must be present as you are responsible for your guests.
· Check out by 11:00am, late check out fee: $40. After 1 hour, the fee is the base rate for that day.
· No Smoking inside the house. No marijuana (leaves a strong smell) or illegal drugs. You will be charged $300.00 for additional cleaning if you do.
· No Pets. If a pet is brought to the house, $1,000 additional cleaning fee. Pet(s) must be immediately removed from the property.
· Not suitable or safe for children under 12 or infants.(breakable objects, outlets without covers, stairs without a baby gate, cleaners stored in lower cabinets, no crib, etc)
· No food or drink in the bedrooms. Guests will compensate host for any food/drink stains on the beds, carpet, etc.
· Guests that stay at the property on Mondays, please have the trash containers out for garbage pick up in the morning.
· You must have a valid working phone number on file. If we attempt to contact you and you have an invalid phone number or you do not respond to our messages, then that is grounds for the reservation to be terminated with no refund.
· Please double check for personal belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind or mailing them back to you.
