The location is directly on the Calibogue Sound with gorgeous views and easily navigated boardwalks to the beach, as well as a short walk to the exclusive pool for Lands End guests and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants and activities. This duplex home has a gas grill and furnished sundeck, perfect for outdoor dining with a view of the Calibogue Sound.
Bedrooms include a water view King bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower on the 2nd Floor, Queen bedroom with full bath and shower/tub combination on the 2nd Floor, and 2 Twins bedroom with full bath and walk-in shower on the 1st Floor. All bathrooms have been renovated with updated vanities and countertops, and the walk-in showers feature glass doors. A full size washer and dryer are located in the bathroom on the 1st Floor.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
