1465 Sound Villas is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation, including an onsite EV charger in the private, single car garage. (Note: EV Charger is AC Level 2 charger (48A) with 25-foot Cable and J1772 Connector. Tesla owners please bring your adapter.)
The superb South Beach location and comfort of this villa make it a brand new star! We've just redesigned furnishings and updated features, installed all new smart Samsung Frame TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- just steps to the beach!
This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with brand new appliances, opening into a dining area and beyond to the newly designed living area, offering ample comfortable seating and new 75" Samsung Smart TV, plus bar with wine cooler.
Enjoy dual outdoor spaces, too-- an upstairs deck off the living room, and the main deck off the ground level fabulous family room. The family room features a roomy sectional sofa and comfy swivel chairs and new 65" Samsung Smart TV. Whole house 1Gbps Spectrum Internet connection with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi network throughout, powered by Ubiquiti.
Four bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find. All bedrooms have new Samsung Smart TVs, and Spectrum Digital cable. The bathrooms (5 full baths) are sparkling clean and well lit and all feature SPEAKMAN shower heads-- the best! There is also a new washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room, plus garage for parking a car or just corralling bikes, and a dedicated beach equipment room, fully stocked with chairs, wagon, umbrellas, and sand toys.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this property.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the back door and just steps to the beach! This very private area on the sandy shore of the Calibogue Sound is ideal for lounging and boasts fabulous sunsets and dolphin watching.
POOL: Just steps from the community pool-- right out the front door! (Open April-September, not heated.)
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach wagon and toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
