Welcome to The Cozy Country Cottage! This private slice of rural bliss will make you forget about all the stress. Nestled in the woods, the cottage has all the comforts you're used to and expect. We've put love and care in our attention to detail. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy your morning coffee, whip up a meal or settle in and watch a movie or play a board game by the wood burning fireplace. The space
You'll drive up the rock driveway to the 10 acre property with The Cozy Cottage, workshop and shed. There are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 2 people each. There is a luxury air mattress available for 2 extra guests to sleep in the living room.
Guest access
Parking is next to the cottage and along the rock driveway. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a ramp available for those that have trouble with stairs.
Other things to note
At the end of your stay please leave all laundry (linens from beds and towels) piled in the laundry room and the cleaners will take care of the rest.

Please understand we are in close proximity to the woods and open fields. You might see or encounter wildlife while in/around our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoons, skunks, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silverfish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not give refunds if you encounter her business during your stay.

Power outages and down wifi: Power outages and down wifi do happen. If it does happen during your stay, please let us know ASAP. We will report it and keep you updated on the estimated time of restoration. No refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that although the house is set back far from the road, when outside the house during rush hour you may hear cars going by although when inside the house you cannot hear any noise.
