As you step onto the spacious covered porch and enter the main floor, you’re immediately embraced by a cozy seating area to the left, which flows seamlessly into the inviting living room. The open layout is ideal for entertaining, with effortless access to the large, gourmet kitchen. Designed for both beauty and function, the kitchen boasts high-end Bosch appliances, including a French door refrigerator with a wine chiller and a gas range. The dining area, nestled in the same airy space, comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island for casual gatherings. Off the kitchen, a charming bedroom with a tri-bunk set-up (1 full bed and 2 twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom provides a cozy retreat. A separate office/workroom downstairs offers a quiet space for checking in on work or catching up on emails.
