New in 2025 is a welcoming firepit and patio space that is perfect for unwinding outdoors. Coastal paneling and decorative railings complement the surrounding foliage and palm trees. From the porch, guests can settle into comfortable seating, sip morning coffee, and watch the village come to life. Please note that the beach is accessible only during low to mid tides.
As you step through the front door, you are welcomed into a bright and airy interior designed with light, space, and coastal-inspired style in mind. The main floor living room is filled with natural light from large windows and glass doors that open onto the front porch. Two plush sofas offer plenty of seating and face a large flat-screen television for relaxing evenings.
The fully stocked kitchen blends modern coastal style with functionality, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, wood countertops, and glass-front cabinetry. Guests can enjoy meals at one of two dining areas that seat a total of ten people. The main dining table seats six, while a second breakfast table in the den seats four.
All bedrooms are located on the upper level. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, a full bath with dual shower heads and an oversized shower, and access to a private balcony with serene coastal views. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom. One guest room features a king bed and a private balcony, while the other includes two twin beds. Downstairs, the garage level offers a fun game space complete with a ping pong table, music, a Coca-Cola bottle cap card table, and cornhole.
