As you enter the home, you`re greeted by a bright, inviting living room that balances comfort and character. The plush couch and vibrant accent pieces set the tone, while the TV makes it easy to unwind after a day out. This space opens into the dining area, where cool chairs and cozy benches offer plenty of seating, surrounded by quirky, retro decor that adds a playful vibe to the space.
Just off the dining room is the kitchen, a nostalgic nod to the past with all the modern conveniences. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine to fuel your Austin adventures. Down the hall, you`ll find the guest bathroom and two welcoming guest bedrooms, each featuring 2 full beds and their own TVs—perfect for winding down in private after a busy day.
Take a couple of steps down and you`ll arrive at the home’s true centerpiece: the main living room. This is where the retro music theme shines. A 60s-inspired couch (which doubles as a queen-size sleeper) invites you to kick back while a record player spins vinyl nearby. With a karaoke machine (complete with 2 mics), a disco ball, and a bold red chair, this room is designed for fun and lively gatherings—whether you’re reliving old hits or creating new memories.
Tucked just off this space is the master bedroom, offering a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom for extra privacy and comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire property, except the garage.

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest`s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
7. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
8. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
9. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
10. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
11. PARKING – Guests may park in the driveway of the home. Free street parking is also available.
12. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests` stay. It is the Guests` responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host`s ability.
Guest Haus is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
13. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
14. PETS - Please clean up after your pets, in the house, backyard and front yard.
15. BBQ GRILL - If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.
When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.
