This large property is complete with a large laundry room & whimsical back yard, and it's only a short 5min drive to the downtown area or a quick streetcar ride.

Getting Around:
This property is located directly in front of the streetcar line! Go to city park, or go to the French Quarter in a breeze!

This home contains a decibel monitoring device required by the city of New Orleans for all STRS called a "Minut". The device is located in the living room and cannot be removed from the wall.
