This home is perfect for game days or just a visit to the Classic City. Quaint 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath craftsman style house with open floor plan. Hardwoods throughout the main floor. Master on the main with beautiful on-suite with modern tile shower, double vanities, separate water closet and big walk-in closet. This bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress and 43" TV. Open living room with a huge sectional and 65" TV perfect for watching the game if you don't have tickets. The sectional has a full sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a half bath. Kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Plus a single serve coffee maker, blender and mixer. The kitchen bar has seating for 4 and the adjacent dining room table has seating for 8. Just off the dining room you will find a cozy screened in porch with a big, comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. Out the back porch door there is a small patio with a grill, table and 4 chairs that is perfect for outdoor dining and grilling. The backyard is huge and is perfect for corn hole (1 corn hole set provided), throwing the football, with lots of room for kids to run. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with their own on suite bath. One bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with 43" TV and the other has a queen memory foam mattress with a 48" TV. There is a cute reading nook that has a single futon that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements for the kids or a small adult. Just off the reading nook the french doors open onto a balcony that overlooks the tree lined street, the 2 rockers are the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard parking area has ample room for up to 4 cars.
