The Space:
Our home is designed with love and eye for detail to make sure you have an incredible time. Enjoy your complementary morning coffee on the back patio. Cozy up on the couch for movie night and cook with the family in our beautiful open kitchen concept.
You enter into the spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and dining - great for gathering and connecting with your group. The kitchen will have most anything you would need for a lovely meal. On one side of the house are two bedrooms with queen beds and share a full bathroom. On the other side of the house is the main bedroom with the luscious king bed and gorgeous bathroom.
The outdoor space is ideal for lounging and enjoying spring and fall weather!

The house, driveway, front yard and (fenced in) backyard are all yours to enjoy :)
The Neighborhood:
Austin is known for their art, culture and food. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive away from hip Austin places and lovely restaurants.
Getting Around:
Having a car in Austin would be the best option. Bikes and scooters are readily available through Bird, Jump and Lime. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

There is grass and stepping stones to the house. No steps up and one regular doorway to the bedroom - house is one level.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
We love dogs but because of allergies, we cannot host pets.
Service vs Emotional Support
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!
