The house sits just 5 minutes from the Serenbe community, 10 minutes from Fox Hall resort, 19 minutes from Chattahoochee Hills Eventing (Equestrian Center), 12 minutes from Cochran Mill Park, and 35 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

The main house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner's suite has an en suite bathroom and an additional pull-out couch. There is a fourth bedroom and full bathroom above the garage that has two twin beds. Every bedroom has a TV in it except for one. The property has plenty of parking as well as a large two car garage. The garage has an additional refrigerator and large standalone freezer.
