Tranquility on Lake Hartwell is a newer construction lakefront home with comfort and relaxation in mind. Located on a quiet, family friendly cove, with big water views, a nice beach area, and less than a minute boat ride across the lake to Big Water Marina with JRCash restaurant. We are conveniently located 15 miles from beautiful Anderson, South Carolina where you will find trendy shopping and big chain restaurants, 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hartwell, Georgia, home of quaint shops and tasty restaurant options and 30 minutes from Clemson University.
On Friday night, sit on the back deck and listen to the live band playing at Big Water Marina. In the morning, watch the wildlife in the backyard and the boats go by as you sit overlooking the lake while having your coffee.
The beach/shore area is perfect for family fun. Please note **the property does allow you to beach your boat if you wish to do so, but we do not have a dock. We are however right across the lake from Big Water Marina.
This home is ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway and fun on the lake. There is a grill available on the deck that is half propane gas and half smoker.
