Bedroom 1: The California Dreaming Room. As you walk into this room, you transport yourself to Santa Cruz, California. It features beautiful art from a famous Capitola artist a 4K TV, small desk and large lamp, ceiling fan and a King bed that can convert in to 2 large twins.
Bedroom 2: This is the charming “Bird Sanctuary” room. It features soft colors, a Queen bed, two large windows a wicker mirror and matching chair as a lovely space to read and an oversize bench. It is also equipped with a 4K TV and a closet. The coziest room in the home.
Bathroom is in the middle of the home, it features a white tub and shower in one. All the amenities you need and extra towel bars for all guests. A professional hair dryer is also included.
The Kitchen: This is one of the most spacious and beautifully new designed space. As you walk into the room, you have the sense that this is just where you want to spend your entire vacation….well maybe the Florida room is a bit more like it. In all seriousness, no detail has been left out. The kitchen has unique spaces too. It features a dedicated Coffee station with a Nespresso machine and milk frothier, as well as an electrical tea kettle for our tea drinkers, an American drip coffee machine and an Italian coffee maker – we know coffee drinkers are picky, so we have all choices available for our guests.
Next to the coffee station, you will find the “happy hour” station, a bar dedicated area with a wine and cold beverage refrigerator and all kinds of glass ware from Margarita to Wine to Shots. The kitchen has been designed with a newly installed state of the art stove with convection oven, air fryer and regular oven all in one. A new refrigerator, European dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware & flatware. The microwave is tucked away in the upper pantry cabinet. You will also find extras like a blender, mixer, four slot bagel and bread toaster, a super sharp knife set, trash bags & paper towels.
The Dinning Room: attached to the kitchen is the sunniest room in Casa del Sol – the dining room…Meet Stanly, Casa de Sol’s mascot. Stanly is the pelican painted in the big art piece in the dining room! He is fun and he will be accompanying you during your many gatherings around this awesome table and space. With the most amazing view to the pool area. And finally tucked away next to Stanley, is the laundry room. A brand new beautifully designed top brand and very quiet tower washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
The Florida Room: hide away in the Florida Room to read, meditate or enjoy teatime or coffee while having a warm conversation with your loved ones. This will probably be your favorite spot in the house. A beautiful mahogany wood comfy lounge chair, a full size sofa with stunning designer pillows and two comfortable modern wicker chairs. The coffee tables are strategically placed, the Florida room awaits to indulge you in a cozy, timeless ambiance.
The Living Room: the spacious and warm living room welcomes you as you come into Casa Del Sol. Make yourselves comfortable in this dreamy sofa, watch a movie with your family and friends on the Large 4K HD TV or simply enjoy a glass of wine or two!
OUTDOOR LIVING: On-site lounge pool area, with thee different spaces for you to enjoy the large Spanish pavers court yard. A barbecue and plenty of sunny and shady areas under the large 120-year-old oak tree. This pool area is a resort - style place to indulge yourself.
INDOOR LIVING: 3 Smart TVs, Florida relaxing room, natural light dining room, living room and study room/bedform. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and common areas.

Casa del Sol is near all the major attractions and the best restaurants and nightlife. A 15-minute drive to Ybor City, Tampa’s Latin Quarter for over a century. South Tampa is an exotic blend of beautiful homes and trees, aromas, sights, and bird sounds. Also, very close to The Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium and Amelie Arena. In just a few minutes you are at International Plaza, the airport, and the legendary Bayshore Boulevard where you can go for lovely walks or ride your bike, skate, etc. and often see dolphins and manatees.
