TOP FLOOR in large house available for guests with two separate rooms and a connecting hallway with coffee bar. Guests who want to stay with us are looking for a quiet and "curated" experience. This is our home and we intend to greet you at the door and assist you during your stay.... Then give you as much privacy and freedom as you want. Want to sit on the back deck, surrounded by green with a small fire in the Chiminea, it is yours to enjoy.
Easy location for activities at the University (football and other game days, graduations, conferences & tours). Overall very quiet & welcoming on a private circle over the hill from the main road. Open and sunny in the front, with a private deck, backyard, and access to the river to wash your cares away. Enjoy your privacy on the top floor or come to socialize with us. We work full time in Athens but enjoy sharing our home with warm guests. We are frequently visited by deer with a lovely concert of birds singing in the high trees.
