My 2 toy poodles also use the backyard however if you prefer my dogs have no contact with yours please let me know as I can keep them upstairs while yours are outside.
I live above the apartment and you may hear footsteps from time to time.
I welcome babies however please bring their bedding.

Summary: Loran made us and our dog very welcome. The beach is close but you need to be reasonably fit/able to go down and back up the hill (we are in our late 70's). The house is attractively decorated and the garden private and interesting. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Leave your car at the top of the drive and use a light overnight bag to go down the driveway on foot, unless you have a small car.
