WELCOME To Lakewood National Golf Club. If you are looking for a safe gated community with endless amenities, this home is for you!
Charming home newly decorated in the Lakewood National Golf Community. Upon entering this home you are greeted with an open concept floor plan.
The living room is spacious with a large comfortable sectional sofa that opens up to the screened lanai. The home also boasts an outdoor kitchen that has a built-in grill and refrigerator, ample seating, and a gas firepit. An Entertainers dream!
The spacious open kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. The living area and kitchen are all open concept, perfect for entertaining at home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, large soaking tub, and dual vanities. The other guest rooms have queen beds and are located on the other side of the house for privacy.
Aside from the 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, the amenities for Lakewood National are the best in the area and extensive. Condo includes membership privileges at the Golf Course, driving range, practice greens, pro shop, Greens Fees not included. Full access to community amenities also includes tennis, new fitness facilities, spa, resort pools, restaurants, tiki bar and much more. There will be a fee of $320.00 per stay for the use of the amenities. In the Sarasota area, Lakewood National is the buzz around golfers --- a great course!

There is a Publix grocery store at Braden River that is about a 6-minute drive which includes a pharmacy, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, downtown Lakewood Ranch is only 6.3 miles away. The Main Street at Lakewood Ranch is an outdoor venue that offers stylish boutiques and international restaurants. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 40-minute drive (26 miles) or Lido Beach is 44 minutes (21.6 miles.
