This single-family 3-bedroom home with pool and pool heater (restrictions apply), plus a 4-person hot tub free of charge, has plenty of amenities. It is located in a desirable, quaint, and peaceful community, centrally located near Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Beach, St. Petersburg Beach, and other fine beaches along the coast. Enjoy the sunset, fishing, the dolphins, water sports, excursions, fine restaurants, sports bars, venues with live entertainment, pickleball, golf (at nearby sports complexes), museums, and much more, all within a reasonable driving distance. Food shopping and major retail shops are minutes away. This lovely home and its unique location provide a peaceful, relaxing, and fun environment. It is modernly furnished with a blend of coastal and entertaining settings. The bedrooms are smartly furnished with comfortable mattresses with protective coverings. The kitchen has cookware, condiments, a Keurig coffee maker, free K-cups, and a small Air Fryer. The living room is stylishly designed with a 50" HD Smart TV and Natuzzi leather sofas for extra comfort. The screen-enclosed pool has a privacy fence, dining table, and a nicely designed patio area with chairs for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool can be heated (optional) for a $25.00 nightly fee or free with a minimum 6-night stay. Also, at no cost, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas are provided, saving our guests money renting these items at the beach. There are plenty of beach and bath towels, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Note: For added security and peace of mind, three surveillance cameras outside of the home record and pick up sound. One over the garage viewing the driveway; another viewing the entrance door and walkway, and one inside the patio area viewing the fence door and outside yard. We respect your privacy. There are no cameras and/or listening devices inside the home or pool, or in the sitting patio area. The outside of the home is well-lit as well. Book and have fun relaxing, reading, enjoying the sunset, beach hopping, coastal waters, and nearby activities, or just stay in enjoying our home, as so many of our guests have done. Dogs less than 30 lbs. are allowed with an additional pet cleaning fee listed on the booking section. Don't worry, we won't take a big bite out of your wallet. lol. Check in early, providing availability. Check out time is 11:00 am, with no exceptions. Any guest staying past check-out time will be charged $100 for the first hour and $50 every hour after. For as not to inconvenience guests coming on your date of check-out. We strive to make our guests as comfortable and happy as possible. And, in return, we ask that our guests take good care of our home. Accordingly, we do NOT welcome loudness. party goers, rudeness, or disruptive behaviour. Please follow our rules.
