All 4 bedrooms are located on the west side of the house. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a Queen size bed with a 3-inch memory foam mattress pad. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two matching Single beds also with a 3-inch memory foam mattress pads. Bedroom 3 is the second master and is furnished with a KING size bed with an attached private bath with shower. Bedroom 4 is also a Master and features a King Size bed. There is also a 42' inch LED Smart TV located in the master bedroom.

Kick your feet up and join your friends for a cold one at any of the backyard patio tables. Help yourself to some much needed shade under the Pergola and grab a seat on the new swanky patio furniture. BBQing couldn't be any easier as the 3-burner Weber grill is right there at your fingertips. Lastly, help yourself to catch some much needed rays on the rattan full reclining lawn chairs.
This home is all yours. All guests and vacationers will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located in the hallway across from the Guest Bathroom.

The property is conveniently located off of E. Oak Street and 68th Street. Jump in a 5 minute Uber/Lyft heading north and you'll be where all the action is. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
