PANORAMIC OCEAN/BEACH FRONT/INTRACOASTAL VIEWS ON THE BEACH.

Beach front home, Buddy on the Beach ("BOTB"), on the small St. Augustine Island, Summer Haven, located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. You can have your toes in the sand 3 seconds out the door. This house is perfect for a group of eight (8) or less seeking a private vacation home on a remote beach to enjoy quiet, ocean front panoramic view of beach/ocean & intracoastal, away from it all. Four balconies overlook the ocean and the Matanzas River. BOTB is located a half mile north of Marine Land, where you can swim with the Dolphins, and a mile North to the Intracoastal Waterway with very few houses along this strip. This is a unique part of St. Augustine Beach that cannot easily be accessed by the public and vehicles are not permitted. Basically, you have your own private beach. Because there is little access to this beach, the wildlife is amazing. Depending on the time of year, you can see Sea Turtles, Dolphins, and Manatees. This area of the Intracoastal sits on 25 miles of undeveloped state-owned natural habitat. The water is one of the most unpolluted water areas in the state of Florida which brings fisherman and birders from all over to this coastal estuary. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the decks off the living room or the master bedroom and the sunset over the Matanzas River from the decks off the dining area and other bedrooms. New window covers installed in all three bedrooms. New A/C system replaced in June 2023.

Summary: We had the beach to ourselves and the house was even better than the description. The host was so friendly and answered all our questions. The living room space was perfect for our family and we loved the gourmet kitchen!
