Our property has 3 houses on 1.8+ acres lot with expansive stretch of the Potomac River. Each of our rental homes on a lot offers a private oasis that you'll call home. Enjoy outdoor leisure time, or relax on your private living space. Our waterfront feature springs to life like never before, with a majestic riverside walking path and scenic views of the shores of historic St. George Island (est.1638) in southern Maryland.
From this cozy retreat you can enjoy a good book, sunbath, gaze out into the bay as the boats pass by or even take a much needed nap. Maybe your idea of relaxation is throwing a fishing rod out into the water and trying to catch that nights dinner or kayaking on the water. Either way, we have you covered.

Situated between Chesapeake Bay and Potomac River, our home is ideal for those looking to spend each and every day on the water. Start your morning with coffee on deck, then cast a line off the dock or take the kayaks out for a spin. Once you’re back on dry land, cook a family-style meal in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the dining table with loved ones.
Fully furnished and accessorized studio that can accommadate up to 4 people. It comes with Guest wifi, HD Cable TV, full kitchen, and bathrooms. A great snug little place for your quick getaway or a long staycation. You might have a celebration in mind, then bring the friends and family and stay that can accommodate up to 4 guests. House is with WELL WATER and this is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Sorry NO pets. Our property does not rent to graduating seniors, individuals or groups under 25. The minimum age increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
Each of our rental has its own private fire pit area, garden, and yard but all SHARE the same driveway and parking. There is an open walkway connecting the three homes. Our guests definitely have plenty of space for each own group, parking shall not be an issue.
Fishing and crabbing can be done directly from our SHARED pier and deck with build-in benches. It's a perfect spot to conveniently advantage of all the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay River have to offer. No matter where you are, outside on the home's lawn or at the unparalleled setting of relaxation as all the home's amenities combine, our guests are sure to have privacy and an amazing experience at pier pleasure and blissful vacation.
Biking, walking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing (bring your own equipment), crabbing (crab pot is provided, bring your own baits) and outdoors activities are available at your own interest.
