Located just minutes to Downtown Boone, this home is near all local attractions! Visit Appalachian State University, the nearby towns of Blowing Rock or Banner Elk, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway, visit Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Hawksnest Snow tubing, various hiking trails, Grandfather Mountain, and much more!

Step outside to enjoy the spacious deck with several places to sit and enjoy the fresh air and seasonal mountain views. You'll enjoy the warmth of the gas fire table in the evenings or enjoy some time relaxing in the hot tub. On a rainy day you can stay in and enjoy the game room on the lower level. There is a theater screen with surround sound for streaming sports or your favorite movie. There is also a foosball game table and a mini basketball game net. In the living room there is a gas log fireplace and smart TV. There are also smart TVs in the master and queen bedrooms.

Important Notes:
- Please note the homeowners use an exterior cameras, camera 1 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway, camera 2 is mounted on the side of the porch monitoring the top parking area, camera 3 is mounted underneath the deck monitoring the bottom parking area. No cameras monitor the interior of the property or common gathering areas.
- This home is pet friendly for a maximum of two (2) adult, well-behaved dogs only. Pet rent is $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
