Welcome to Modern Pine - fully renovated 3BR/2BA mountain house perched on a hillside featuring tree tops and a peekaboo views of the Bear Mountain Resort (chair 6) and Big Bear Lake. The place offers walking distance to the slopes, few minutes drive to the Zoo, golf course and the Village.
Modern Pine (@modernpine_bb) provides plenty of room for the guests to enjoy! Enter from the bottom level where you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom and garage/rec room. As you walk upstairs, you will find top of the line kitchen, living and dining rooms as well as third bedroom and second bathroom. Step outside to discover two large patios to watch the mountain life holding morning cup of coffee and a great fenced yard to enjoy. The home is 1276 sq ft total.
KITCHEN / DINING
Open floor plan with visibility into dining area. Quartz countertop, sitting for three at the counter, USB-C pop-up outlet in the counter. Stainless steel LG smart appliances: full-size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher. Other kitchen items include microwave, tea pot, utensils, dishes, cookware, bakeware, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers and pods, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, and first-aid kit.
Large dining table with 6 chairs located in view of kitchen. Adjacent closet includes board games, books, small exercise equipment, place mats.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom includes the following: linens, blankets, two pillows per guest, Smart TV, two night stands, hangers, luggage rack, one set of towels per each guest (wash cloth, hand and bath towel). The bath towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake.
Bedroom 1 and 2 (lower level) - queen size memory foam beds
Bedroom 3 (upper level, primary) - larger room, king size memory foam bed, iron/ironing board, pack-n-play + linens, working desk with monitor (bring your own device to connect to screen), pull-out couch.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are completely renovated featuring brand new toilets, fans with heaters, new vanity lights. Each bathroom includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, cotton swabs, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
Bathroom 1 (lower level) - shower/tub combo with single vanity.
Bathroom 2 (upper level) - shower with single vanity. Hair dryer and make-up mirror under sink.
REC ROOM / GARAGE
Full size pool table. This room is not heated.
Laundry area - full size HE washer and dryer, with laundry detergent.

Yard - fenced throughout. There is a hill in the back yard that could be used for sledding. Sleds provided in the rec room/garage.
PARKING
Asphalt parking for max 2 vehicles. More than 2 cars will result in fines and eviction per the city. You will need AWD/4x4 and/or chains in winter months due to a slight incline to the driveway. There is no garage parking available. EV charger accessible through the garage.
If traveling in summer. Like most homes in Big Bear there is no AC. There is a large ceiling fan in main living room.
