This home is in close proximity to a variety of wineries, as well as breweries, parks, hiking trails, and a beach. Not to mention, you can easily spend the day river tubing, kayaking, and fishing nearby.
This modern and fully renovated home is full of cozy spaces and stylish touches. The open kitchen has a large island and is great for entertaining. It’s also home to stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and an espresso machine. The cooking options don’t stop with the kitchen. Head outside where you can prepare dinner on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining area.
Spend mornings out on the covered patio enjoying fresh espresso and spend evenings walking through the vineyard with a glass of wine. The covered patio features heat lamps so you can enjoy your time outside even in the colder months. Don't forget to take advantage of the firepit, cornhole, and foosball table for some classic fun with friends.

Parking notes: There is ample space for three to six cars to park.
Security camera details: 4 cameras-front door, front driveway, back driveway, firepit. All outdoors. We will disarm when rented but will have them armed when not rented.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
