Lovely room in a spacious and luxurious home is one of our finest Cambridge accommodations. The house has been fully renovated and decorated with a sophisticated eye and high-end materials. Room 3 is on the 3rd floor walk up. Private bath and a Jacuzzi. In addition to the lovely room you may use the first floor common area, with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests often enjoy a pretty front porch on the second floor and a back deck. There is also an air mattress for each room for a child at $30/night (Included 1 extra guest in your request). It is just an 8-10-minute walk to the Central Square metro and one stop to Harvard or MIT. Or walk 16 minutes to Kendall Square at MIT or 23 minutes to Harvard. There is 1 off street parking space for small cars and a permit is provided for one on-street parking for a larger car for 3 days. They must be reserved. In winter, we rent these rooms monthly unless it is short notice.
