So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. Connecting to the wi-fi will give you full phone access. - No RV or Trailer parking - Exerior Cameras on property - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. -This property is part of the Chalet Village Community and has access to their community pools. Please Note: - Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. - Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open. - South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays. It is located at 1319 South Baden Drive. The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible. - North Pool hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. It is closed on Wednesdays. It is located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. You may check this for the exact location, 705 Village Loop Road. - Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - All passes must be returned before check out.
