Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. No washer or dryer or outdoor space is offered on this site.
Latitude B (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There are an in-unit washer and dryer. This side of the duplex is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, with an additional fee. There is a small backyard area which also offers a gas grill for cookouts.

There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available.
