This Lake Travis retreat offers the space and flexibility families, friends and group travelers need to stay comfortably together.
INDOOR LIVING
The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a large television and plenty of room for your group to unwind. The spacious kitchen includes modern appliances, an island and generous counter space for preparing group meals. Gather around the large dining table for dinner, games and conversation.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home offers several comfortable sleeping spaces, including a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, an upstairs bedroom overlooking the property, and additional rooms with twin and full-size bunk beds.
A private detached guest suite provides an additional bedroom and bathroom. Please note that this suite is in a separate building off the deck and is just steps away from the main house.
BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms, all with showers making it easier for large groups to get ready without crowding.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax on the spacious deck, enjoy the lake views, grill with your group or watch the deer that frequently pass through the property. The expansive yard provides room to enjoy the outdoors and leads toward the waterfront and dock.
WATERFRONT AND DOCK
The home sits on a large waterfront acreage property that backs directly onto Lake Travis. Because lake levels naturally rise and recede, the distance from the house to the water and dock changes throughout the year. At lower water levels, the walk is longer.
Dock access depends on lake levels, weather, safety conditions and scheduled maintenance. Please contact the host before booking if dock or water access is essential to your stay.
GUESTS ACCESS:
Guests have access to the main house, detached guest suite, deck, yard and designated parking areas.
Please keep the driveway leading to the dock clear so tenants can access their watercraft when needed. If a tenant needs access during your stay, the host will coordinate with you in advance to minimize any disruption. The dock may occasionally be shared with authorized tenants accessing their boats.
Dock access is subject to lake levels, weather, safety conditions and scheduled maintenance. The host will provide current information about water and dock access before arrival.
The host is available throughout your stay to answer questions and provide local recommendations.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
For the safety and security of the property, two exterior cameras are installed. One monitors the street-facing area, and the other monitors the side driveway leading toward the dock. The cameras are used only for property security and monitoring lake conditions. There are no cameras inside the home or in private indoor spaces.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property and forfeiture of the remaining booking cost without a refund.
IMPORTANT WATERFRONT INFORMATION:
Lake Travis is a reservoir, and its water level changes throughout the year. These fluctuations affect the shoreline, the length of the walk to the water and whether the dock can be used safely. Dock access is not guaranteed and may be unavailable because of water levels, weather or maintenance.
The property extends across a large amount of land, so the home is not immediately beside the dock. Guests should be comfortable walking across the yard and waterfront area. Please supervise children near the water and throughout the property.
The dock may occasionally be shared with authorized dock tenants accessing their boats. Keep the driveway leading toward the dock clear at all times.
