Lake Sinclair 3 bedroom home w/ gorgeous lake views from every room in the house! Great weather? Enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, swimming, pedal boating, or just reading on the dock! Roast marshmallows in the firepit! Summer storm or winter rain? Bundle up & enjoy the covered porch & grill or huddle inside & play over 100 games! Challenge family & friends to a game of darts, air hockey, arcade hoops, Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Super Mario Brothers, Frogger, Centipede or countless others!
Please note this listing is for the entire terrace level of our beautiful Lake Sinclair home with private, keypad entrance. We use the upper level when we visit the lake, but are not there when renting, so you will have complete privacy!
Enjoy the brand, new hot tub (please note-not in use in June, July, August), covered patio with full dining table and chairs, porch swings, and a gas grill. Further out in the yard, you will find a beautiful, stone firepit and chairs for s'mores and relaxing. Down by the dock, you will find a stone picnic table with benches and an umbrella, wooden seating and swings on which you can enjoy an afternoon meal or a morning coffee.
The dock is equipped with fishing rod holders, cleats to tie off boats, seating, kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat, and floats. The beautiful open water is deep enough to jump right into (please do not dive) at around 6 feet deep, but if you have little ones or need to stand, there are steps for you to walk right into the water.
Inside, you will find three, oversized bedrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen combo, a dining table, and too many games to count. In the master king bedroom, enjoy a competitive game of arcade hoops! In the queen bedroom, enjoy a vigorous game if air hockey! In the twin bedroom, enjoy one of 60 games on the old school, cocktail arcade machine or throw it back to the 90's in the living room with one of hundreds of games on the Classic Mini Retro Nintendo! You may think you can still save the Super Mario princess, but you'll have to prove it! If you decide to go real old school, duke it out with a classic game of darts or oversized checkers! And if you just feel like TV and chilling, we have a Smart TV with all the apps. Just sign in and watch away! (Please note, we do not have typical cable channels-we cut that cord long ago.)
All appliances (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave) are brand new!

Guests are free to use all outside areas and the entire terrace level of the two story home.
Other things to note
We have a gas grill on the deck with two, refillable gas tanks. Generally, there is some gas left in the tanks from our own previous use or that of other guests. Feel free to use whatever is there, but if you need to refill, you can bring one of the tanks to K&B Quik Stop Gas Station/Mike's Hot Boiled Peanuts (about 7 minute drive) and they will do an exchange. It's at 947 Gray Road. You probably passed it on the drive to the house. Please let us know if this is the case and we will be happy to reimburse you.
Please remember we are out in nature and there will be some dust, pollen, and bugs out and about. We do our best to keep our outdoor spaces cleaned and maintained, but if you would like to wipe down outdoor tables or furniture, we have provided cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
Please always store kayaks upside down. Paddles are stored with the kayaks. We have 2 life jackets for your use in the boat house closet. If you need others, please feel free to bring them.
