To ALL of our Valued Guests,
Our main priorities will always be your safety and satisfaction!! We want our travelers to feel comfortable when choosing "The Grandview." We are continuing to offer a more generous policy should your travel plans need to change. We have adjusted our cancellation policy from a 30-day notice down to a 14-day notice. Therefore, you can cancel your reservation and receive a FULL refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date. We understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned. If you have any questions regarding a new reservation, please reach out to me and I will address your concerns individually just as quickly as possible. "The Grandview" is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Ober Ski Resort. It was newly built in 2018, RENOVATED and updated in 2025 and provides 3,150 spacious sq. ft. of living area. Comfort, convenience, charm, and elegance best describe this beautiful, newer vacation home with amazing, picturesque views overlooking downtown Gatlinburg and Mt. LeConte. A bright, open floor plan provides for a very spacious feel with large rooms and three master-like suites. The main-level great room boasts an abundance of large windows offering spectacular views and a 70-inch television to enjoy your favorite shows with a modern, electric fireplace. Downstairs you will find a second gathering room with a 65-inch television, two futons, and a twin bed. This two-story vacation retreat sleeps up to 11 guests with three King-size beds, one twin bed, two full-size futons, and one queen sleeper. You will find new, high-quality furniture and cable television in all the rooms For your dining experience and convenience, you will have all stainless steel appliances in the huge, inviting kitchen with a massive dining island. In the morning, you can choose either the regular or pod-style brew coffeemaker. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils plus you will have a crockpot, blender, and a (propane) gas grill. A fully screened-in expansive balcony makes for a great outdoor space and year-round enjoyment. You will be delighted to find easy, flat-covered parking and a circular driveway. If you need to work a little while vacationing, it will not be an issue with FREE Wifi! Located mountainside behind the world-famous Ripley's Aquarium, this home is located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smokies Mountain National Park, Ober Gatlinburg, Rocky Top Sports World, and Gatlinburg's newest attractions, Anakeesta and the famous Skybridge. Blake Shelton's "Ole Red" bar & restaurant is only minutes away as well and features live music and a wide variety of delicious foods. A view of the new SkyBridge is only a short walk (Tickets and bridge access are from DOWNTOWN ONLY) This 680-foot bridge is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the United States. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are only a short 10-15 minute drive. And, be sure to visit one of the area's hidden treasures, the Tennessee Museum of Aviation where you will find 50,000 sq. ft. of military vehicles, aircraft engines, aviation exhibits, trainers, fighters, helicopters, jets, and amphibious aircraft to satisfy the interest of “Warbird” fans.
