The lodge combines spectacular mountain & lake front views with luxury comforts including 3 indoor fireplaces, a sauna, hot tub, game room & firepit. Try your luck fishing in the catch and release lake! Pets Welcome. You'll have the entire lodge to yourself! You can explore the 3+acres of property which include the barn bar. You can fish from the Falling Waters Lodge shore (catch and release) but sorry, no swimming or boating on the lake. Located just 12 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 90 minutes from Atlanta, the Falling Waters gated community is in the heart of North Georgia's apple orchards, and wineries. Falling Waters Lodge offers unsurpassed mountain & lakeside beauty. Although, close to Ellijay's restaurants and antique shops, you'll feel a world away from it all!
