Newer home (2013) with fabulous unobstructed ocean views and two master suites! 110 North Harbor Drive is a Second Row beach house located on the same side of the street as the beach. This gorgeous home offers stellar ocean views from inside and out, and features two master suites.
It has been professionally decorated with high end furnishings and appointments throughout. The second floor master suite is the larger of the two masters and includes a private, covered, ocean view deck and private bath with shower. This spacious room also has a flat screen television and a single sized day bed that doubles as a window seat.
On the main floor is another master suite, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, living/dining area and kitchen, a full bath with tub/shower combo, and a large ocean view deck. The main floor master has a queen bed and opens directly to a private bath with shower.
The open floor plan makes for comfortable and easy beach living with the kitchen flowing directly into the dining area and living area. Drink in the great ocean views kick back and enjoy your favorite program or movie in front of the 50"" flat screen television with DVD player in the living area.
The dining area comfortably seats six at a large table. Or take your meals outside on the main floor ocean view deck and enjoy the ocean breeze! The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with stainless steel appliances and a 180 degree view. A propane gas grill is provided for your enjoyment. The views of the beach and the ocean from this home are stunning and the property can be pet friendly with payment of the non-refundable pet fee.
Pet policy: dogs only, limit one, with payment of non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay. Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed at all times. Please help keep Harbor Island pet friendly---clean up after your pooch!

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
Pet fee is $200 per stay, dogs only, limit 1 please.
Beach and Racquet Club (BRC) pool typically opens April 1, closes November 1. NO swimmy diapers allowed in the BRC pool. Children in swimmy diapers may use the kiddie wading pool only.
