Sitting high above Gatlinburg on a beautiful mountain crest is the brand-new Executive Luxury Eden's View Lodge. With over 3/4 acre of privacy from established trees, mountain laurel & rhododendron, you will feel like you are the only one on this mountains.

The Great Room with floor to ceiling windows displays Mount LeConte in its full glory from morning to evening. View the mountains from the kitchen, loft, great room, & two bedrooms. At night, enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg in the distance.
This new, May 2019, Lodge offers four luxurious king beds with two en suites with fireplaces, one large Bath with double vanity/tile shower and two half baths. The roomy loft accommodates a pool table with a custom-made bar top & four stools as well as a bunk bed. Each bedroom and the Loft display a 50" Smart TV. The Great Room is furnished with two leather sofas & two matching leather chairs & ottomans. Sit back & relax in front of the 4K 75" Samsung TV with surround sound. As well as a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs. Sit around the whiskey barrel table in the Great Room for a round of cards or a board game. The large open floor plan welcomes a large kitchen with granite counter tops, large island, custom wood bar top with two stools, & stainless appliances. Every cooks dream is the Kitchen Aid wall oven microwave combo with convection ability and a five-burner ceramic cook top. Seating for two at the island and a large custom-made wooden table seat six or more. A desk area in the kitchen is just the right place to set up a laptop or to sign our guest book. Each bedroom & the desk is equipped with a charging dock for phones or iPad or computers. On the ground level is a large laundry room with a front load washer & dryer & laundry sink.
Relax on two spacious covered decks overlooking an unobstructed view of Mount LeConte. An Aurora Signature hot tub for six has been placed on its own covered deck with access from the upper or lower decks. Sit back in comfortable seating in rocking chairs or a bar top table and four chairs and enjoy being outside. A new Pilot Rock Charcoal Grill added November 2019 for outdoor grilling.
From the ground level, walk into the front door to a large foyer. This ground floor accommodates three bedrooms, two baths, & a laundry room. Walk up the roomy wooden steps to the second level to the great room, kitchen, & fourth bedroom. From the kitchen, walk up the steps to the Loft area with a pool table & a bunk bed.
All linens are high quality cotton and high thread count. And, all linens are owned by the Owner & provided for your use by the Owner. Wifi is provided by Spectrum.
A very large driveway accommodates several cars and the parking is spacious.

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, face towels and wash cloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, shower gel.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, waffle iron, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and induction water kettle , gourmet oven and microwave, stove, refrigerator
4. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! It is a charcoal grill. No gas grill as it attracts bears on our property.
6. Do you provide charcoal? No, you should bring your own.
7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. No exceptions. The owners have severe allergy to pet dander and feathers.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, sanitized and refilled for every stay.
9. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September.
10. I want to save some money on commission and fees , so can I bypass the listing platform and directly book with you ? The short answer is no. All of our direct clients are exclusive private guests who have a long established relationship with us and stayed with us before. Since we don’t know you, we won’t accept your reservation other than this listing platform - primarily as a safety reason.
11. When is the second payment due? – 15 Days prior to your stay.
12. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email 24 hours before checkin.
13. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
14. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 15 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
15. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).
16. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
17. Can I cancel due to COVID concern? COVID is currently ongoing issue and you are aware when you make the booking. So no refunds offered - you should consider Cancellation Protection from CSA
18. Can I check in early? The short answer is - "early check in cannot be accommodated". The unique door codes are programmed by artificial intelligence and will be active starting at 4 PM. Early check in will require our security programmers to over ride the routine set up and program a different time for your codes and this incurs $100 fee and needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance.
19. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 9 minute (1.9 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are “ moderately scary" for some people.
20. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
21. Is this cabin secluded? – This cabin sits on is almost an acre. You feel very secluded with only cabins in the far distance. This is one of the very few price lot homes in Chalet Village
22. What TV package / channels do you provide? – Most people visit us to enjoy the nature, parks and mountains. We provide ROKU TV where you can log in your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Amazon prime etc
23. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi.
24. Do you offer discounts ? – What you see listed is the set price for this luxury property . We set our prices based on demand and the specific type of clientele we intent to cater at this property. ALL CLIENTS WHO REQUEST DISCOUNTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO OUR EXCLUSION LIST AND WONT BE HOSTED AT OUR PROPERTY AND SUCH RESERVATION REQUESTS ARE PROMPTLY REJECTED - this property is not for those who are looking for deals or discounts, as clearly stated in the first line of the property description. There is a reason why this property is priced the way it is. We limit our occupancy at about 60% to accommodate private bookings from our exclusive direct clients - so if you notice blank dates in the calendars, IT WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED to accommodate any last minute bookings. We are just fine keeping those dates unfilled rather than accommodating discounts. The ONLY time we will accommodate a discount is you are an AMEX CENTURION BLACK CARD holder.
25. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
