Less than 5 miles from the interstate I75. Gives you easy access to Wesley Chapel, Tampa and Orlando! This house has just recently been remodeled with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring and fresh paint. There is plenty of room for a trailer or camper. also has a pull thru driveway so no backing up.
The space
This house sits on quarter of acre just off the Withlacoochee River. When we say country vibes we mean it. You are surrounded by woods. Off a dirt road. Enjoy the peace and nature. Our bedrooms feature a King, Full and Twin. We also have a workspace set up so if you have to clock a couple hours while you are here you have space to do so.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house. The only area no permitted is the door under house which is just our shed.

This house is one level but is built up due to being on the river. So house is on second level. First level has patio.
