Summary: RV life style isn't a good fit for us, so I might not give a fair response. The improvements that will be made will enhance this property so much. The cold showers were the only down fall to this property. The blow up mattress is not bad, you just need to air it up to it's capacity. You will see carpenter ants and palmetto bugs, but not many. However, that is to be expected with being in the woods. They only came out at night. When you drive up, there is a neighbor about 5 feet away. This isn't a problem at all, so done shy away from this property because of that. The price is amazing. You have a nice refrigerator and a two heating plates to cook with. My suggestion if there is still cold water. Fill up a 2 pans of water and heat them on the heating plates. You can then quickly soap up and have warm water to rinse off with. We were glad to be able to have a place to sleep as we were visiting family. If we were RV people, we would be back. Communication was fast, accommodating and very pleasant.
