Just a half-block from the beach and steps from shops and restaurants, this cozy getaway offers all the comforts of home — including WiFi, a smart TV with cable, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a shared laundry room. You’ll also enjoy complimentary street parking for one vehicle, beach supplies, basic essentials, and a charcoal grill. Dog-friendly and just three blocks from Tybee’s iconic lighthouse, it’s the perfect spot for a laid-back coastal escape.

We provide dish ware, cookware, utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, coffee filters, detergent, soaps, paper products, bath towels, linens, shampoo/body wash and some beach supplies.
Beach Supplies:
Beach chairs (quad folding), one beach wagon and one cooler on wheels.
Guest Access:
The entire condo, laundry room and front yard is for guests. Free street parking is available for 1 vehicle via a parking pass.
Interaction with guests:
We use door codes instead of keys, so guests can conveniently skip check-in and enter upon arrival. The owners are available for guest needs but will not be present.
Neighborhood:
The condo is conveniently located 1/2 block from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach access point is located to the right of the house, 1/2 block down 2nd Ave.
Getting Around:
Everything on Tybee is within 2-3 miles so there is no public transport. Tybee does offer golf cart rentals, bike rentals, Uber and cabs.

• Heating: Space heater, ceramic heater, radiator, and a built-in heater in the living room A/C unit — 1–2 options are more than enough to heat the space.

• One parking pass per reservation, required for parking.
• Must be left at checkout — there’s a $400 replacement fee if not returned.
