This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers everything you need and more! The home has large open plan living spaces with room for all the family. As you enter the home, you will be met by the formal dining room and formal living area with immediate views of our provate pool. This leads into the open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with all standard appliances. The family room is open, with comfortable seating area. There is also an adjacent breakfast nook so you can sit and watch the sunrise as your enjoy your breakfast.
The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom with walkin shower and garden tub! The Master Bedroom is tastefully decorated and is one of the few homes where you will find its own seperate living room which also has its own access to the pool deck. As you will see from the photographs how much elegance and individuality is added to this home. Additional bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin size bed rooms. The total sleeping occupancy of this home is 8. Outside you will find this amazing, relaxing pool area with mature landscaping. The swimming pool is so inviting you will want to take a dip as soon as you walk out the door. There is a lanai area that provides shade from the sun too if it gets a little hot out there!
Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
