The Space:
The kitchen is fully functional and is open to the dining area and living room. All materials used are high quality and the ceiling in both the living room and master bedroom are domed with bricks and ceiling fans. There is also air conditioning! Through the mini-courtyard is another gate that leads to the pool, which is shared with the other 5 casitas. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet quaint street right by a gorgeous coastal walk that will bring you to Playa Zicatela! Good restaurants are within a 10 minute walk to Carrizalillo. Puerto Escondido has it all - from incredible food to fantastic beaches, there's so much to explore. There is a variety of beaches, some coves that are great for swimming and learning to surf. Others have great body surfing and world class surf conditions.
Getting Around:
You can walk to several beautiful cove beaches. Playa Zicatela and the main drag are about a 20 minute walk from the casita. It's a gorgeous walk along a coastal path. Taxi's are also easy to get and a helpful way to get around, especially in the evening.
