This oceanfront home has everything you could need for a memorable vacation in a quiet neighborhood setting. The home has its own garage access with a private elevator to assist guests with carrying items to the upper floor. The living area is on the third floor of the home, where every seat has a clear view of the bay and the ocean. The large open kitchen is a cook's dream, with tons of countertops, all stainless appliances, breakfast bar seating, Keruig and drip coffee makers and everything you need to make every meal feel like a special occasion. There is a wet bar with a built-in ice maker. The open floor plan includes an ample living room and a dining room that seats 12. Step outside and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck. The top floor includes Bedroom 1, a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and adjoins Bedroom 2, the kids’ room with twin bunk beds. The living area also includes a queen sleeper sofa as an additional bedding option.
The remaining three guest suites are on the second floor. All three include a private full bathroom and TV. Bedroom 3 has a King size bed and has a large bathroom with dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom opens to a screened, covered porch that overlooks the turtle pond and the Savannah River and ocean just beyond. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a Queen size bed and also has access to the screened porch, and boasts an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is also furnished with a King size bed and has an attached full bathroom. The second floor is home to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Bring your friends down to the ground level for non-stop entertainment. The theater room has a queen sleeper sofa and an impressive 70-inch smart TV - perfect for all sports action or movie night marathons. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step outside for the private pool and patio with a gas grill for guests’ use. The garage is your place for games. This home is not pet-friendly. Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Captains Cabana is one side of a large duplex townhome. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed to park on the property. No additional street parking is available. Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of the reservation.
