5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water.
Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023
Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.
We include a few box fans at the house and recommend a sound machine for small children.
