The various covered patio areas also provide unique private or social gathering places. The large dock and 100' of shoreline can easily moor several boats and/or jet skiis with deep water and no wave action located on the popular expansive Taw Caw Creek section of Lake Marion that is known for great boating, inner-tubing and fishing. Just 2 minutes away is the Goat Island Marina and Restuarant with a waterside Tiki Bar. This home is basically midway between I-95 and the Dam on the North side of Lake Marion and is near the Clear Cut Channel that allows safe travel to the South side of the lake. There are a couple of FREE boat ramp launches in the area as well as a ramp at the Goat Island Resort Marina. Pets are allowed with a Pet Fee payment.
