This 3 bedroom/2 full bath is the perfect home away from home for your time in Bustling Asbury Park! A 5 minute drive to the boardwalk and the busy downtown area of Cookman Ave. Spend the afternoon at the beach, the evenings hoping around the eclectic bars and restaurants, or stay in, relax, and enjoy the expansive backyard with a grill, fire pit, picnic tables and lounge chairs.
The Space
The house is approximately 1100 sqft. The first floor features a modern open concept dining, living, and kitchen area, and full bath. There is a deck extending from the kitchen, which is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or afternoon grilling!
The second floor features three bedrooms and a full bath. There are two queen size beds and one bunk bed (twin over full). Two of the bedrooms can double as home offices. All beds contain memory foam mattresses and all rooms have closets and hangers. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Guest will enter the home via electronic keypad and security system. There is one camera on the property - a Ring doorbell on the front door - that must not be tampered with.
