Summary: I will never stay at this hotel again. Although the wood floors look nice, you hear every footstep in the hall and on the floor above you. People walking around at 2-3am and very hard to sleep at night. Beds are uncomfortable and the queen bed seems more like a twin. A few roaches spotted in the room. I asked housekeeping for a bar of soap and they had to seek manager approval for a hotel-style bar of soap…. Really? Hearing all the walking around by others through the walls in very annoying.
