This condominium was newly remodeled and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat the competition buy about 50%. Also we own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle II and Sandcastle l

All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only.
