This amazing property is located at the waterfront of Lake Winnipesaukee at the fabulous Complex of Samoset, 3 Bedroom / 2.5 bath, the property has 2 outdoor pools, private beach access, a tennis court, and incredible water & mountain views from all windows. The 3rd bedroom was made into a 2nd living room / playroom with a movable privacy screen. You can use it as a movie room, bedroom, or both!

Although we do our best to provide nice items & a luxurious experience, we recommend bringing anything that you need so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay. There are plenty of shopping outlets nearby should you need anything.
Rental is for 7 people. For every person over the 7th there will be a $50.00/a day charge.
NO pets will be allowed within our unit per the Samoset Property Rental Guidelines. No smoking. No motorcycles, RV's, jet skis or boats per Association. .
Main Bedroom - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 Lower Level - 1 queen bed, bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom)
3rd lower level - Lazy-Boy Queen Sofa pull out with Tempur-Pedic (5 1/2" mattress)
Note: boats are not allowed, however if you decide to rent a boat you may use the day dock to pickup or drop off.
Jet Ski’s are not allowed on Samoset property
2 parking spots; parking on the grass is not permitted and unfortunately your car will be towed.
