Clean, comfortable Willow 1 is the perfect resort condo for a couple, small family, or small group of friends. The condo is on the lower level and is centrally located to many resort amenities, Timberlake's Restaurant and Headwater's Pub. All the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Blowing Rock are within a couple of minute's drive. And Appalachian Ski Mountain and Tweetsie are only 10 minutes away by vehicle! Whether you are coming for a ski vacation, an App State game, or Christmas shopping in Blowing Rock, you are sure to have a wonderful stay.
The newly updated living room has rich walnut manufactured vinyl flooring, new smart Tv's with cable, and a new comfortable queen sleeper sofa and love seat. To the side of the living room is a workspace, with WiFi and small desk for doing homework or conducting remote business.
Off of the living room is a deck with patio table and chairs and a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. You will love having this covered outdoor space where you can enjoy the landscaped grounds of Chetola with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage.
The King Master bedroom has a full size dresser, bedside tables, King bed, closet, large flat screen TV, window seat and en suite bath. The bath has a jetted tub and a step in shower, vanity, and plenty of fluffy towels for your stay.
The second bedroom is also a King bedroom, with dresser and end tables, and a hallway bath with a nicely tiled combination tub/shower, tiled floor and full size stacked washer and dryer.
The kitchen has plenty of cabinets that are fully stocked with cookware, flatware, glassware, and utensils. The refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave and range hood are stainless. The refrigerator is new. There is a new drip coffee maker. And there is plenty of counterspace for cooking a full meal.
Willow 1 is a lower unit with several stairs to descend to enter.
Willow 1 is close to Bass Lake, Price Lake, the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, fishing, Tweetsie Amusement Park, and so much more! Come to Blowing Rock and make some memories at Willow 1!
