Sleep: Whispering Oaks Manor boasts 5 spacious bedrooms with premium mattresses and luxurious linens, ensuring restful nights for everyone in your group. The separate studio suite adds extra privacy and flexibility for your group.

The main house features 4 bedrooms:
• Primary suite: King bed, private romantic deck, smart TV with loveseat, ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub, TOTO bidet, and large walk-in shower.
• Two guest bedrooms: One with a Cal King and one with a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom with a charming antique clawfoot tub/shower.
• Game room suite (entire third floor!): Queen bed, two twin beds, pool table, air hockey, TV with seating area, desk with office chair and monitor, plus games and sweeping countryside views.
The attached private studio suite adds even more flexibility for your group, with:
• Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and private outdoor seating area — perfect for couples seeking a little extra privacy or as a quiet retreat within the estate. A full bathroom is also located on the main level of the home, so no one has to wait!
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to unwind in our large private hot tub, soak under the starry sky, and enjoy the spacious backyard. Challenge your group to a game of cornhole, fire up the BBQ for an al fresco feast, or gather around the gas firepit for sunset views. Keep an eye out for the resident elk herd, a graceful and wild sight to behold!

🏊 Exciting Pool Upgrade in Progress
We’re excited to be enhancing the property with a brand-new pool! Construction will take place behind the home approximately May through July. During this time, the construction area will be safely fenced. While there may be noticeable daytime construction noise, work is scheduled primarily Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with very limited activity on some weekends. Guests will continue to enjoy full access to the BBQ and back deck and spa, so you’ll still have plenty of space to relax and unwind outdoors. Once construction is complete, all future stays will enjoy access to our beautiful new pool, and we can’t wait to share this exciting new amenity. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we make this upgrade—we know it will be worth it!

Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property.
Pets: Whispering Oaks Manor is pet-friendly with prior approval. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and a pet fee of $100 per pet. Guests are required to agree to the pet policy and let us know in advance if they plan to bring a pet.
EV Charging: Available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
