Bring your honey, your sleuth, or just your cubs, and see how many of our bears you can find at our spacious 3300 sq ft home. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is nestled on 2 wooded acres off the main roads on a non-thru street with only 4 other homes.
The main floor living area features a vaulted great room with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is newly remodeled, including new appliances, and offers plenty of prep space and a large pantry. The cabinets are well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, bakeware, barware and many small appliances. We have kids dishes too! The dining area has extra seating at the large peninsula and even a desk to do a little work or drawing. The 3-season porch off the kitchen is a perfect, peaceful place to enjoy coffee or a book while watching the wildlife. The deck off the great room is a great spot to relax with a drink on the Adirondack chairs, birdwatch, or grill your favorite meal.
Rounding out the main level are two spacious bedrooms. The master features a super comfy king Casper mattress, smart TV, two large closets and plenty of drawer space. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, desk area, two dressers and two large closets. The Jack & Jill bathroom has double sinks, large garden tub and a shower. The main floor laundry and half bath adjacent to the kitchen provides additional main floor convenience.
There is plenty of addition living space in the lower level. The ceilings are high and there is a walk-out door to a shaded patio where you can enjoy the rocking chairs or a bite to eat at the bistro table. The yard is fully fenced which is a rarity at Innsbrook.
The lower level family room is very spacious with plenty of room to lounge and watch a movie on the 65” smart TV, read a book or making fun memories. You can play games, do puzzles or crafts on the large table. The party lights set the tone for a fun atmosphere.
The bunk room is fun for anyone. These custom bunks are great for kids but strong enough for adults. The fourth bedroom features a queen Casper mattress, 2 dressers and a large walk-in closet with a pack & play, baby gate, booster seat and highchair all available for use with no additional fees. The large, shared bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat, double sinks and plenty of room to hang your towels.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, extra pillows and window coverings.
The front yard is one of our favorite areas. It is very private and offers a great firepit area with comfy Adirondack chairs and additional chairs in the garage. Firewood is provided and there is also a grassy area next to the garage for playing washers or having a catch.
There are 2 kayaks and a paddleboard stored in the garage which may be used at any lake and beach with public access. There are several nearby - more details can be provided. The home also includes beach towels, if needed during your stay.
The owners have brought all their experience as hosts of a 5-star reviewed rental chalet to this property. Amenities are abundant as this home includes nearly everything for you and your group to have a worry-free vacation!
