There is a window A/C unit downstairs and a portable A/C floor unit in the upstairs master bedroom with a remote, so you can keep both levels of the property cooled to your ideal temperature.

When it's time to rest, retreat upstairs to one of the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with cozy bedding and ample closet storage space for your belongings. There is a master bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands and mirror, and a full walk-in closet. There is a second bedroom with a twin trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two, and a nightstand with added charging outlets. A walk-in closet with hangers is also in the second bedroom. There are black-out curtains and blinds in both rooms if you choose to sleep-in. Wake-up feeling refreshed and ready to take-on the day, no matter what you have planned.

Upstairs outside of both bedrooms is a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, and full bathtub/shower. Towels and washcloths are available. There is a hair-dryer under the sink. There are also four beach towels in the second bedroom closet, in case you decide to spend a day at the lake.

Outside the back, you'll find a spacious back deck where you can soak up the sun or savor your morning coffee amidst the peaceful surroundings and wild songbirds in the trees. We often see cardinals and blue-jays in the morning. There is a partial view of the lake off of the back deck and a small beach is walking distance from the property.
