Your stay will include the enjoyment of a three bedroom ranch home with two baths, a spacious living room with big screen TV, dining room, pool table/recreation room and a fully stocked kitchen with automatic icemaker, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you would need to whip up a gourmet meal. If you would rather eat out, you are just about five miles from downtown Alpharetta and less than 10 minutes to Cumming with a variety of stores and restaurants literally just minutes away.
This home is spacious and convenient to both Alpharetta and Cumming. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The secluded cul-de-sac setting is peaceful and private yet just minutes from restaurants, shopping, GA-400 and lots of outdoor recreation. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with double shower and double sinks. The kids will adore the adventure room complete with play teepee. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed and neutral styling. If you are relocating to the area we welcome any corporate relocations and long term stays. We are a pet friendly property but we do ask that you contact first for pre-approval with your pets breed, age and temperment. We also do not permit any parties or special events.
