In addition to being bright, spacious and airy, the home is located on a deep-water canal with a small electric lift that hold a maximum of 500 pounds boat. The home has a master suite with a walk-in closet, guess room, second bathroom, open concept spacious living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The large open wooden deck has a view of the canal home to many species of fish, manatees, and dolphins. The walk around wood dock has a fish cleaning station where you can catch and clean your fish. The canal is a gateway to the Gulf waters, providing easy access to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and many more locations. You will be minutes away, by boat, to some of the best beaches and fishing spots. Complimentary amenities include a canoe, 2 fishing rods, 2 bicycles for your use AT YOUR OWN RISK. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years old or over. No parties or events allowed.
